Universal Rail is approved to offer CPKC training to support contract engineering employees looking to work on the railway and pass the CPKC test. With the increased number of construction activities happening on or around railways, more people than ever are exposed to the hazards and risks of working in a railway environment. All individuals working on our rail network must be trained on how to safely work and operate in this environment before they begin work. Universal Rail is committed to offering the highest quality training for all industry needs.

The CPKC Training is required by:
Contractor employees looking to pass CPKC testing and work on CPKC property in various capacities.
As part of the CPKC Training, you will be required to:
- Register for a training session or email us your alternate request.
- Attend a registered training session.
- Actively participate in the training session.
- Complete a Knowledge Assessment at the end of the course.
Upon Completion of the Course:
Participants will be trained in CPKC Canadian Rail Operating Rules (CROR), CPKC Rule Book for Engineering, and the CPKC Safety Rule Book.
